We’ve listed the standard process we follow however one size doesn’t fit all, you may only need to refine your existing brand or refresh your current advertising campaign. That’s no problem, our work is bespoke and unique to you which means our process can adapt and change accordingly.

1. Meeting

Discovering your business, goals, audience, and vision through a collaborative consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. We start with an initial consultation, either in person at our studio or online, where we learn about your business, goals, audience, and vision for your brand.

This stage helps us understand where you are now and where you want to go.

2. Proposal

A tailored proposal outlining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and investment details

Following the consultation, we prepare an outline proposal and quote tailored to your project requirements.

This document provides a clear overview of the recommended scope of work, timelines, and investment so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

3. Acceptance

Project approval, deposit payment, and onboarding questionnaire to guide the creative direction

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll confirm the project schedule and request a deposit to secure your booking. From there, we’ll send through a detailed client questionnaire designed to give us deeper insight into your business, including your brand preferences, likes and dislikes, competitors, target audience, and overall direction.

4. Concepts

Research-driven creative exploration producing up to three strategic brand concept directions.

With this information in place, we begin the research and concept development phase.

During this stage, we explore creative directions, industry positioning, and visual opportunities to develop up to three carefully considered concepts that align with your business and goals.

5. Presenting

Presenting and explaining creative concepts collaboratively, either online or in person.

We then present the initial concepts to you either in person or online, walking you through the creative thinking and strategy behind each direction. This collaborative presentation gives you the opportunity to review the concepts, ask questions, and identify the direction that feels most aligned with your brand.

6. Refinement

Refining the chosen direction through collaborative feedback and considered design adjustments.

Following the concepts presentation, we discuss each route with you, gather your feedback and refine the selected concept.

We work closely with you throughout this process to ensure the final design feels polished, purposeful, and true to your business identity.

7. Delivery

Delivering final logo assets and concise brand guidelines for consistent application.

Once the design is finalised, we deliver your complete brand assets, including your logo files and a concise one-page brand guideline document.

These assets provide the foundation for consistent and professional brand communication across all platforms.

8. Rollout

Extending your brand across websites, print, social media, and marketing materials.

After your branding is complete, we can move into the next stage of bringing your brand to life.

We produce tailored marketing and design deliverables such as websites, printed materials, social media graphics, signage, packaging, and other branded content.

9. Ongoing

Applying your brand consistently across ongoing marketing campaigns and business communications.

We’re with you for the long haul – from campaigns and content creation to digital marketing, social media, websites, advertising, and printed collateral, we help ensure your brand remains consistent, effective, and continues to grow alongside your business.
